Tangible II is a floor lamp with a lampshade that can be tilted by using a gripping mechanism.
If one tilts the lampshade down - puts the chin to the chest - the lamp „dozes“ and the light fades down slowly, leaving enough time to leave the room while it is still lit. If you change its position it awakes and the light fades up.

Tangible Light has the smoothness of a digital device - without a classic switch. It makes use of our tendency to see human characteristics in things. The light intensity is immediately controlled by the „posture“ of the lamp.
